Their coffees have given us plenty to love over the years, and visiting the farm made that connection even more meaningful. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMiguel Mendoza is a second-generation coffee producer who built El Mirador from land inherited from his father. During our visit, he spoke proudly about working alongside his sons and shared how much effort goes into every harvest.
