This is our first Rwandan coffee we've ever sourced! We were so excited about this coffee from the moment we first tasted it during our sample cupping. There is a limited supply of the Remera which we nearly cried about, but not to worry! We've chosen this as one of our pour-over coffees due to it's complexity of cup.
What you can expect from this coffee is a tea-like, black currant start, lingering dark chocolate and dried fruit that finishes with a tropical fruit acidity as the cocoa note carries on the palate.
