Tasting Notes: Chocolate Raspberry, Old-Fashioned

Back by overwhelming demand, we are proud to announce to you the return of our Luminary Blend! Using the best of our limited release microlots, we've spared no effort in creating a sensory experience designed to spark a bit of joy. This time around, we’ve included components from naturally-processed coffees of Ethiopian and Colombian origin, which yield deeply rich flavors combining the complex textures of chocolate and berries. Indulgent? Maybe. But ultimately, the depth of this blend is supposed to shed light on the multiple hands that have worked together in order to produce something as remarkable as these coffees. Luminary aims to express the capacity for creativity found in coffee, and to illuminate that very capacity in each of us.
