Drawing on generations of agricultural knowledge shared within his family, Maurílio continues to pursue quality through cultivation practices and thoughtful processing. 

Part of the coffee’s character can be attributed to the ideal climate and growing conditions of the Cerrado Mineiro region. After harvest, the coffee undergoes a controlled windrow fermentation during drying, where temperature and moisture are carefully managed to enhance sweetness, complexity, and fruit character. The result is a coffee that honors Brazil’s classic profile while offering a remarkable depth of flavor.
