Grown in the volcanic slopes of Quezaltepec, this Bourbon Natural from Finca Milan is pure joy in a cup. Farmer Carlos Escobar puts care into every step—from cherry to drying bed—and it shows. This coffee has layers: spiced rum, dried apricot, and molasses, all brought out by the natural process, the farm’s high-altitude, and its misty microclimate.
