This reserve is a tribute to the passion and craft of nearly 65 smallholder producers, each contributing to a cup that’s as rich and layered as fudge chocolate. Deep, indulgent notes unfold alongside a soft acidity, creating a beautifully balanced finish. Grown in Colombia’s Cauca region, Popayán sits on a plateau cradled by the Andes. The cool mountain air and volcanic soil create the perfect conditions for slow-growing, flavor-packed coffee. For generations, these producers have worked in harmony with the land, carrying forward a legacy that dates back to 1736, when Jesuit missionaries first planted coffee seeds in the seminary of Popayán.This coffee isn’t just a product of nature—it’s a reflection of history, of community, and of the deep care that goes into every harvest. Every sip tells a story, connecting you to the people and the place that make it possible.
